I really, really, really didn't want to post this... But I must stay TRUE to myself. I have gained 11lbs. from eating bad, to being sick, to not being consistent with workouts as well as not drinking my water. I'm disappointed in myself, however, I know how to get back on the right track. I haven't stopped, I've just not been consistent. The struggle IS real. #weightlossstory #weightlossjourney
